SC Automotive Engineering Co., Ltd. (“SCAE”) has entered into a sales agent and distributor agreement with Lightwheel.

In recent years, AI models used for perception, motion planning, and control in the fields of robotics and autonomous driving have been rapidly advancing. Training and evaluating these AI models require vast and diverse datasets—far beyond what can be collected solely from the real world. Lightwheel provides the following solutions as an AI training platform that leverages advanced simulation technology.

Embodied AI Solutions (Robotics Domain)

In the robotics domain, there is a significant shortage of action data for AI training. Although imitation learning—where humans teach robots through demonstrations—is being used to collect data, real‑world data collection is limited by factors such as resource and time constraints. Lightwheel enables efficient training and evaluation of robots by providing high‑precision SimReady assets (visually and physically highly faithful, ready‑to‑use simulation assets), EgoSuite for foundation model training (first‑person human action data), and evaluation platforms that support learning within simulated environments.

Autonomous Driving Solutions

In recent years, the autonomous driving domain has begun adopting advanced AI models such as E2E (End-to-End) and VLA (Vision-Language-Action), increasing the need for vision‑based training data and evaluation data across a wide variety of scenarios. However, collecting dangerous scenarios, rare cases, or datasets where only weather conditions or surrounding vehicle behavior differ — all within the same scenario — is difficult in the real world. Lightwheel reproduces various scenarios in highly realistic simulation environments through 3D reconstruction from real‑world data and synthetic data generation. By performing sensor simulation to generate training and evaluation datasets, Lightwheel enables efficient training and evaluation of AI for autonomous driving.
