About Contract Types
Will the customer have separate contracts with SC Automotive Engineering Co., Ltd. and the ESP?
No. The contract will be concluded between the customer and SC Automotive Engineering Co., Ltd(SCAE).
SCAE will conclude the contract with the ESP.
What are the possible types of contracts?
We will propose appropriate contracts such as consignment contracts, and quasi-delegation contract according to the request.
