Human Rights Policy

As a member of the Sumitomo Corporation Group, SCAE respects human rights under the Sumitomo Corporation Group Human Rights Policy and aims to sustain growth as a company with the society today.

All SCAE group employees will fulfill the responsibilities and respect human rights.

SCAE complies with the laws and regulations relevant to the countries and regions doing business with. In cases where there is a conflict between
the international regulations in regards to human rights and the laws of each individual country, SCAE will seek ways to respect the international
human rights regulations.

SCAE will take the initiative to interact and consult with stakeholders for a more refined human rights policy.

SCAE will promote appropriate awareness to our employees of the SCAE group to ensure that the Human Rights Policy is understood and
effectively implemented.
